Very disappointed, had shopped here before several times for beds and carpets. But now very few beds to try out and salesman not very knowledgeable. Will not be using this store in future.

Fantastic service all round !
Sales man Simon in store was helpful , knowledgeable and understanding of giving lots of time to move furniture in preparation for installation.
Carpet chosen was amazing quality and such a beautiful colour .
Fitters Mark, Kevin and Terry (stretch ) were fabulous …. So helpful , friendly and very speedy in fitting and moving anything I was struggling with !
Delighted 😀 with everything from start to finish ! Would definitely recommend Downs carpets and I am sure will be back for more !!!

Awful company! The bloke that came out was so dam right rude saying I need more underlay when I didn’t need it as had loads left from my last house carpet is so cheap and tatty it lifts up and falling apart so expensive cost me £1650 having to replace my carpets not a happy customer please avoid all costs they will rip you off and take you for a mug!

I have used Downs a couple of times recently and the service was fantastic. Carl was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and gave really good and clear advice on the products available to me. The fitters were great, they were very professional and even hoovered the room before they left. I will definitely be returning to Downs when I change the next carpet and I highly recommend them. We have found this company to be excellent with their service and with great recommendations for carpets in relevant rooms. So our latest purchase for lounge and 2 flights of stairs and landings. Process was well explained and nothing seemed too much trouble. The fitters were exceptional !
